I was admitted to BAGH on Monday 11/09/17 for a knee replacement. I was dreading it. However from the moment I arrived my fears were allayed. Over my 65 years I have, unfortunately, been to many hospitals (some private) and this is the best by miles. Nothing was too much bother for the staff. The manner in which the staff treated me made me think it was a vocation for them, not just a job.
I know you don't expect Michelin Star type food but I have to say the quality of the food helped me build my strength up very quickly. One of the quality benchmarks to me is the way vegetables are cooked...... many restaurants could learn from the team who prepared the veg.... not wet and soggy but just right.
I cannot thank the staff enough for the care and professionalism I received at BAGH
