After an evening in A&E at the hospital, being dealt with fast and efficiently by the team high class professionals i was passed over to this department this morning. i cant thank the team enough for the warm welcome and high class professionals that work in the department. the 4 team members that dealt with my procedure today were high class and second to none, from the original nurse who gained my information from Watford General to the nurse who explained the procedure to the wonder staff nurses supporting throughout what turned out to be a slightly more difficult than normal removal of food, the Doctor who carried out their duties exceptionally. i cant speak any more highly of this wonderful unit. Friendly, welcoming, re-assuring, kind, professional team.
