Thanks to the ambulance staff that brought my Mum in and their professionalism and empathy. Also to the major incident nurses and consultant for giving us the information we wanted. Your actions make a huge positive difference to an otherwise sad station. Thanks so much. X
Please pass this info on, these people need to be told every time what they do really matters.
