What I liked
The Specialist Nuse – was outstanding at every level.
The ETT team were excellent.
Having worked in the Health Service at management level I experienced a first rate service in a hospital which impressed me across the board...something that hasn't occured other than in the private sector.
Many congratulations to Glenfield and thank you very much.
What could be improved

Just a small point.
In the X-ray Department - which was very efficient, I was given a fabric gown to wear. I just wondered if it might be better if these were disposable as I only wore it for 2 minutes then it went in a hamper, presumably to be laundered. I wondered about the cost effectiveness of this.
I certainly wouldn't mind wearing a disposable gown especially if it helped reduce costs.
