I've been waiting over 2years to get my tonsils removed by this hospital!! Had all the pre appointments etc etc, when I phone up they barely bother helping me!! I last spoke to them in February and they told me my case is going to management and that they would call me back!! Baring in mind I could barely speak due to swallon tonsils I've had for nearly 3years!! Completely useless hospital!! I think it's because I'm an NHS patient and they don't like the fact I'm not spending there!! Useless!!!
