About: Hillingdon Hospital / Accident and emergency

I was taken into A&E by ambulance arranged by 111, after the a 7 minute blue light trip i was taken straight in to A&E Resus where i was assessed promptly and treated for my exacerbation of asthma, all the staff were excellent, friendly and very knowledgeable. I was always treated with respect and dignity.

After initial assesment in Resus i was then moved to a critical care setting where i spend 7 days (CCU HDU) again where the staff were exceptional.

Throughout my whole journey from admission to discharge i could not think of anything that could be improved and would like to just thank all the hard work and dedication to there jobs of all the staff
