"Amazing care from all staff"

So I had surgery this week to have a wisdom tooth and two broken teeth removed. I was very nervous as the thought of having a general anaesthetic scared me!, but the team for my day surgery were all friendly, helpful and calm around me even if I was a little nervous still!. Even in the recovery unit after my operation all the staff were aware of what was going on and you are seen within seconds all of the staff that day for me was wonderful as even though I was nervous and scared,they were calm and understanding on the day.

I am very pleased with the care I've received thank you!

I'm pleased to hear that staff were able to put you at ease when you had to have your procedure recently. I hope you're now recovering well.

I will certainly pass your kind comments to the staff involved who will be pleased that that you felt this way. Your comments will also help other patients who may be coming into hospital for a similar procedure and feel a little anxious, so a big thank you from us all.
