"Referal from 111"

After my GPs badly let me down , I needed a procedure doing asap . After phoning 111 , I was told a doctor was finishing their shift but would wait for me , and the doctor would perform this procedure for me. This doctor was an angel as that morning had been told I had breast cancer and would have had to have waited 6 very stressful days for my GP to do the procedure. Outstanding service.
