"My trip to medway a&e with my pregnant daughter..."

My daughter became unwell and her partner called 111 who advised to call 999..from ambulance crew to A&E staff then maternity delivery suite we received polite,efficient,prompt ,courteous and friendly caring treatment. The areas were all clean and tidy despite the busy ness of the staff. Even the lovely member of staff who cleaned up a spillage in the waiting area was smiley,cheerful and friendly. My daughter was so reassured by the treatment and care given and that's what really impressed me...the care. I want to thank them all. Something is going right at the hospital for which I and my family are very grateful for.
