About: Victoria Hospital / Ear, Nose & Throat

(as a service user),

I had a hearing test at the Victory Hospital in Kirkcaldy and I feel That I must make some comments regarding my visit. From start to Finnish the whole experience was excellent.

All my questions where answered in a friendly and professional manner, the appointment was not rushed and I felt very comfortable all of the time due to the friendly and very informative manner of the audiologist, I think her name was Zoe but I could be wrong.

Well done. 10/10
