About: University Hospital Lewisham

One receptionist in particular is extremely and unnecessarily rude. It's a shame as it reflects badly on the department, which apart from this is okay.

I apologise that you received such poor service from one of our Physiotherapy reception team. We take this very seriously and will endeavour to improve our services. I hope your experience moving forward is more positive however if our service fails to meet expectations in the future please do not hesitate to raise this with the department so that we can improve.'
