About: Queen Charlotte's Hospital

What could be improved

Firstly I had a very stressful and emotional fertility appointment, I waited 54 days only to be told when I got there and after waiting for 30 minutes that they had messed up the paperwork and as such the consultant was refusing to see me. This ended up with me becoming very tearful and only after an hour back and forth between reception and the Consultant did they finally agree to see me. Made a stressful situation ten times worse and the Consultant was very brief with me when I finally was seen. Can't believe they have the right to refuse to see a patient with a genuine appt in the diary for 54 days for something that their own dept screwed up? I did my part completely correctly!

Secondly my partner went to give a semen analysis at a drop in clinic that they decided on the day to close due to staff shortages. So day off work wasted and now danger the analysis will not be there for my next appt.

This hospital appears to be a complete shambles.
