"Care and communication day surgery"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

Cannot fault the service provided by the staff at this hospital extremely professional and very patient centered. I felt special and safe, all nurses, doctors and auxilliary staff were reassuring and friendly. Made me feel secure and cared for cannot think of anything that needed changing, maybe the type of tea they use.

A big thank you to all of the staff there.

Thank you so much for taking the time to let us know about your recent experience in the Day Surgery Unit at Queen Margaret Hospital. It really is very reassuring to hear that you could not fault the service provided by the staff. To hear the staff being described as extremely professional and very patient centered is encouraging. The reality of this making you feel special and safe is ultimately what we all strive to deliver in our care and it makes our job so worthwhile when we know we are achieving this. I will be very happy to share this post and pass on a big thank you to all of the staff involved in your care.

Thanks again for the lovely feedback, it's very much appreciated. I don't think there is much I can do about the type of Tea but please feel free to bring something you like in with you if you require our service again.
