As you can see by the title of this review this was the first time I had been in hospital ,so l had my concerns but as it turned out they were unnecessary.
From entering the reception area to leaving the hospital four days later all the staff were attentive,polite cheerful and anything l needed regarding my treatment was done in a very good manner and attitude.
The room was clean ,tidy and spacious.
The staff went about their work quietly and were there if you needed them in no time at all.
The food could not be faulted,refreshments and snacks were available if you wanted them.
My only other comment on the food which l did say was"Can you make the portions a bit smaller as l hate sending food back".
The surgical team were well versed in their approach to the operation and went about their part very efficiently beit pre or post operative.
Physiotherapy was a daunting part of my treatment but again the staff very good and in a few minutes had you starting your way back to recovery.
