My Grandfather had stayed here for 6 weeks before he was moved to an assessment ward at another hospital.
The service in the CDU unit was out of this world and we could not of asked for him to be looked after any better our issues started to develop when he was moved to a ward.
The residents are left to long without even beng taken for a walk down the coridoor and when we go there my Grandfather could hardly stand as had been left sitting all day.
The nurses were polite we did have issues with regards to we had arranged for my Grandfather to leave the hospital for a couple of hours to visit my Grandmother who was also in another hospital.
This was all cleared and when we returned to the hospital the staff said they did not know where he was and had been looking for him.
Also on another occasion my Grandfather advised us that he had fallen in the bathroom and no one even notified us we had to ask for this to be confirmed.
Allot more communication is needed
"Could be better"
