On Tuesday 12 Oct 2017 I arrived at A&E, sent by my GP, reception to be greeted by very helpful staff.
I, within a short period of time started to feel very unwell.
I mentioned this to a receptionist and they promptly sent for a nurse.
This nurse took one look at me and immediately took me into a cubicle within the Chronic chest pain unit.
I was immediately connected to various machines and treatment was started.
Later I was admitted to Linnet Ward from where I progressed to the Cardiac Catheter Unit where I was fitted with a Pacemaker.
I moved on to the Cardiac Care Unit, post procedure, from where I was discharged later that evening.
Throughout my entire stay at the hospital I was treated with Respect, Kindness and Professionalism by everyone I had contact with be they cleaner, porter, receptionist, Doctors, Nursing staff and everyone else, too many to mention.
I am truly thankful to everyone involved and only wish that I could thank them personally.
This is not the only time that I have been treated by Great Western Hospital and at all visits the same very high standards have been achieved.
Thank you all.
A very, very grateful customer !!
"What a Hospital !! - Truly one to be proud of."
