I've had 2 appointments at the dermatology department in the last few months after being referred by my GP. My waiting time was not as long as some people's as I was referred as an 'urgent'.
My experience with the cancer specialist nurse and the sister were faultless and they made me feel at ease and ensured I understood everything.
Great staff :)
