I was very impressed with the service I received on my recent visit. I arrived early due to not knowing how long the two buses would take - I was an hour before my appointment but was shown in quite quickly.
I was impressed by how the whole staff worked as a team and were obviously very motivated.
The only criticism I can give is in the women's x-ray department after my consultant booked me in for a test.
Several patients were in a half-dressed state and shown into the waiting room yet a woman accompanied by a friend and two infant children was taking up four of the few seats, forcing others to sit in the undressing cubicles. To add insult to injury, these children were being entertained by horribly infantile nursery rhymes on their phones which the waiting people must have found annoying. This woman was filling out a long form which I presume meant she was an unbooked
A&E applicant, whereas we had waited months for our appointments.
I leave it with you
