"Allowed me to express my concerns in a safe environment"

I was clearly suffering from depression and anxiety and decided to reach out for help.

The sessions that I attended were very helpful by allowing me to express my concerns and issues in a safe environment, where I wouldn't be judged, and the fact that it was with an independent third party who did not know me made it much easier.

I have no doubt that I would not be in a much better place now were it not for the help and support given by the therapist.
