Once again my husband has not received his expected appointment. from Warrington Hospital. (He is on a NICE Pathway which requires regular appointments)
The same thing happened in April 2016 and December 2016 when we had to contact the hospital in order to get the required appointments.
Today the Outpatient Service Manager was very apologetic and helpful but this is not good enough.
