I was admitted to A&E on 2nd Sep 2017 with pain in the left groin and have had a femoral hernia repair in the same night. I moved from A&E to ESAU, then to the operating theatre, recovery, and back to ESAU and finally discharged from 11Z the next day. The whole journey was smooth and comfortable due to the dedicated team of nurses, health carers and porters. And nothing would have been done without the high professionist doctors who acted promptly and prepared me for the operation. All the nurses were so carrying and polite during the whole stay in the hospital in spite of being so busy. Words are not enough to describe my gratitude to A&E nurses and the first person to assess me and establish the diagnostic right away. Many thanks to ESAU staff in ward 2X.
Thank you to the anesthetic team and to all the nurses in theatre that took great care of me during the night 2-3 Sep 2017. Thank you recovery team ! And not at last million thanks to the great team of surgeons! Thank you to the surgeon, not only for your great skills as a surgeon but also for the nice and comforting words to a patient in sufferance.
Thank you to the staff from 11Z!
