"Unacceptable failure to complete treatment of..."

There is a constant change over of staff which means there is a total lack of accountability and continuity of care. No out of hours support over the weekend and lack of insight into the families' position when a patient is unwell. Your lack of responsibility and failure to act on concerns from several sources have led to my family member being forcibly and traumatically sectioned. Major multiple fails in your duty of care

Thank you for your comments. We are sorry to learn about the difficulties you have had with Oxford House.

The team does not provide an out of hours service, however there is an Out of Hours Mental Health Helpline (01438 843322) and support can be provided by the Crisis Assessment and Treatment Team when required.
