"XRay Check-In Procedure"

Arriving at the Hove Polyclinic before the X-ray reception actually opened, I had to take a seat as I am disabled. Patients arriving after me also took seats. When the reception opened there was a "rush" to the window to get checked in with the result that I was unable to take my place in the queue, finally being checked in behind several other people who had arrived at the clinic after me.

This is most unacceptable and could br easily rectified by providing an arrival ticket system as at the main reception.
