"Pain management joke"

About: Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust

Had several lumbar sympathetomy procedures over the years. Twice now the appointments have not materialised. Neuropathy in my feet and legs. Surgeon said they will do left side then right side. This just hasn't happened in a timely manner. Last procedure was 4 months ago on left side, had mrsa done so I could get right side done aswel. 4 months on...still waiting. Rang up to query why this hadn't happened...zero response or result. My works nurse has even written to you guys for an explanation, again no response as yet. Very disappointed and still in alot of pain.
