"Lovely community health nurse"

About: Ayrshire & Arran Community Services / Community Mental Health Team

(as a service user),

I had a visit from a lovely community health nurse, Sarah , to check my memory. Sarah is such a lovely person to speak to, she didn't rush me or ask questions that were not relevant. She put me at my ease and that was important.

I hope that if I need further visits from the community health team it is Sarah who comes to see me.

My husband was with me throughout Sarah's visit, he also commented on what a lovely person she is.

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.

Dear delphinusgd43,

I agree entirely, being put at ease is so important and I am so glad Sarah was able to do that for you. She certainly sounds like a lovely person. I am sure she will be pleased with your lovely comments.

Thank you so much for taking the time to let us know.

Best wishes,

Eunice
