Dear hismummy

I am writing this response on behalf of Shirley Syme, Charge Nurse in SCBU.

Thank you for taking the time to share the details of your experience in SCBU and Ward 17. NHS Borders highly values feedback from our patients and I was pleased to hear you had such a positive experience.

It was a pleasure for the staff in SCBU to look after you as a family on your journey through some difficult times to enable your son to be discharged home.

We have shared your feedback within the team who are especially grateful for your kind words.

I hope family life at home is going well.

Best wishes,

Karen
