"My ex wife was admitted to ward A5..."

About: Bassetlaw Hospital

What could be improved

My ex wife was admitted to ward A5 Gloria Stevenson, our son Christopher Wragg has had to continually find staff and doctors to update him of the condition of his mums health. Only yesterday he was told about Gloria’s problem with her liver, this was done in the corridor of the hospital ward with no consideration for his reaction towards such news. All the information has been in drips & drabs and no one has had the decency to sit with our son and explain in detail the illness and actions that will be taken or required. I am aware how everyone at the Hospital is very busy but we are talking about my son’s mother’s health and he should be kept informed, surely this is not too much to ask.
