About: Princess Royal Hospital (Haywards Heath)

What I liked

After being taken to A&E following an incident at work I was placed in a cubicle and could hear the doctor discussing me and their views of me and my case with the team on duty at that time - if I could hear this then so could all the other patients and visitors to the department. This is a terrible example of keeping patient details private. I would avoid this department if possible.

What could be improved

Talking quietly, discussing my case at the desk and not loudly bantering about it.

Anything else?

Nothing other than I'm deeply unimpressed - how many more patients have had their details discussed so openly?
