I arrived in plenty of time for my 9am appointment, I was shown into the treatment room, the consultant, Haematology SPR was fantastic they put me at ease, explained the procedure in detail, I felt confident and relaxed, the procedure was fairly painless, I didn't need sedation. The nurse, whose name I don't know was brilliant, they reassured me and even held my hand.

All in all everyone was fantastic. please feel free to use my comments.
