(as a relative),

My dad was rushed into a/e  quite poorly and I cannot thank the staff enough from the ambulance cre, porters, nurses and Drs especially OLivia, u are all fantastic, u kept informed all the time what was happening and were lovely with my dad, thank you from the bottom of our hearts xx
