I was referred to Orthopaedics at the end of June 2017 having had an MRI Scan at the Horder Centre in Eastbourne.
I received a letter to say that I would receive an appointment with a named consultant very soon. To date I have not received an appointment.
Both my partner and I have rung the Orthopaedic Department at the Conquest Hospital on numerous occasions.
On each occasion we have been told that I should have an appointment sent out by the end of the week. Goodness knows how many weeks have gone by.
The date now is 12 September 2017 and still no appointment.
Due to my condition I cannot work until my problem is resolved.
I so want to be back at work as we only have one wage coming in.
It is putting a tremendous strain upon my partner both financially and physically.
Why can't an appointment be given even if its for some time off, at least we'll then know where we are.
