Had 3 urgent appointments cancelled since May 2017. Support worker been on long term sick for weeks and have not had a replacement. Not seen a consultant, so my wife is not receiving any therapy or medication. My wife has severe ptsd, panic disorder and agoraphobia and currently has little quality of life due to being house-bound.We also have a young disabled child to care for but they are not interested in this. Countless times duty support workers have not phoned back at desperate times and we are at a loss of what we can do to get help.

We are very sorry to hear of your experience of our service which is not what we would expect, although we do struggle when staff are not available.

We understand you have now been in touch with Buba Cooper, the Service Manager who has responded to your concerns.
