This nurse should be used as a template for all mental health nurses. A truly exceptional nurse. Caring, loving, understanding and committed to her job. I wish all patients could have Monica as their primary nurse.

Thank you so much for these lovely comments. I will ensure that Staff Nurse Monica is aware that she is making a difference and has to keep this up. We will also work on cloning Staff Nurse Monica so that other Nurses on the ward learn from her passion, understanding and commitment to making a difference.
