I was admitted to Elm stead day surgery last week for multiple teeth extractions under the oral surgeon. From the time I arrived I was treated in such a professional manner and was greeted by a staff nurse & taken to my bed. Paperwork was done very promptly , as were my observations. My surgeon arrived promptly and was very approachable & informative . My surgery went without delay and was 1st Class & i was back home an hour later ! Thank you to everyone involved for their hard work and making me feel at ease, truly appreciated .
