"Was admitted into the Short Stay Unit to..."

About: Royal Surrey County Hospital

What I liked

Was admitted into the Short Stay Unit to have a tumour removed, and was very impressed with the whole process from first diagnosis to discharge within few weeks.

I always knew what was going to happen, and when it was going to happen, and just as importantly all of the staff treated me exactly how I would want to be treated - namely, not just very professionally but also with a lot of consideration and, homour.

The treatment was excellent, to the extent that I was discharged (and very happy to be discharged) just 3 hours after coming round from general anaesthetic and I have felt absolutely fine (all things considered) since.

First rate hospital, first rate treatment and first rate staff. Whilst the concept of "recommending" a hospital is slightly odd, if you do have to go into hospital, the Royal Surrey is a very good place to be cared for

What could be improved

Very, very little - there was absolutely nothing that should have been different.
