Thank you for your comments posted on the NHS Choices website regarding the care you received on your attendance at the Urgent Care Centre, Trafford Hospital on the 11th September 2017.

It was very kind of you to write and compliment a member of staff, as it is good to receive positive feedback which reflects the hard work and dedication of our staff. It was reassuring to hear that a member of staff offered you care and treatment specific to your needs at the time. As we do not know which member of staff attended to you, your comments have been passed on to the Urgent Care Centre Manager so that your thoughts can be shared with all the staff.

Thank you once again for taking the time to share your comments and we wish you well with your recovery.
