"Poor service"

I've had a very bad experience at this hospital, moved on three different occasions , poor bathroom facilities, no hair dryers and no tv's and was made wait in a waiting room on discharge and felt like a slab of meat and no proper discharge information given, I'm a long term patient and I'm highly disgusted the way I have been treated
