My first time calling 999, first time in A and E for many years. Middle of Saturday night. Paramedics were amazing. Big thanks for being so patient and helping me stay calm. All nurses, HCAs and doctor we interacted with were kind and helpful. We were waiting for a while but it was understandable for a Saturday night with a road traffic accident apparently. We were updated when possible and kept informed. Thank you.
