Rudest receptionist ever.

hour and a half wait with only 4 people ahead of me - none were in longer than 5 minutes so dont understand the hold up

I had a 2&3 year old with me - very aggressive rude receptionist told me to 'go to the playroom or get out to my car' as after 90 mins they had obv got a little noisy (lunch time also)

had I known it was 90 mins I wouldnt have waited - the advised wait time was 45.

Was then seen which lasted 2 minutes by a nurse - waste of time.

Nobody operates with any urgency, they dotn want to get you in and out.
