Arrived early for my initial first appointment, was greeted with a smile and explained how to sign in and explained we were early, the receptionist was lovely.
Noticed how the waiting room was very clean and smelt lovely!
Did not wait long for my appointment. .
Was greeted by everyone with great respect and made to feel at ease.
Asked all the questions I needed to ask. and was quite impressed.
