Alan, visitor to Wiltshire, injured his hand while turning a narrowboat on the Avon Kennett canal.
He was met at reception at the Trowbridge Hospital with friendliness and efficiency.
He was then immediately treated at the Minor Injuries Unit.
All the staff were professional, prompt in dispensing treatment and kindly and cheerful.
Alan was reassured, appropriately treated and able to return to the narrowboat full of gratitude for the excellent treatment he had received at Trowbridge.
We would like to thank all staff at Trowbridge Hospital for the very high standard of care that we experienced.
Warm regards
Chris and Alan
