I have needed support with my music interests and have been helped with buying music CDs and supported with using my laptop to rip music to MP3. Having finally been able to achieve this with staff support has been good as I can now listen to the music I enjoy.
The time it has taken to achieve this has been frustrating at times due to the processes involved here such as buying laptop through purchasing and forensic testing of electronic items.
