Claire came to see us at home.

I was so happy with the service. It's made him come on so well. I wouldn't change anything.

It taught me loads of stuff. How to word things different, keep it short, don't ask him what it is and tell him and I've kept it up. He's picked it up and come on well. He's always looking at books.
