"This therapy has changed my life"

About: Inclusion Thurrock (Talking Therapies)

(as the patient),

I received EMDR therapy through Inclusion Thurrock for PTSD & want to say a massive thank you to my therapist Muge.

I decided to undergo therapy after having terrible nightmares about past events & feeling nervous & scared when in certain situations.

This therapy has changed my life & not only have the nightmares gone, my anxiety has decreased dramatically. Muge has really made a difference to my life. Muge was able to listen to me without judgement & made me feel relaxed. I would highly recommend Muge, she is absolutely brilliant.

I also want to thank the reception staff for treating me with respect & as any other person & making me feel relaxed at all times. The reception area was calm & relaxing.

Hi there morris1

I am so pleased to hear of your positive experience of therapy and EMDR in particular. You now realize of course, that therapy is a process and its work done by both you and the therapist, to achieve the outcomes and changes.

So while you say Muge is Brilliant (and she is, of course, Morris1!!) it also means that you must have done some pretty good work yourself too!

The benefits from Therapy are also ongoing. You continue to gain from your constant application of your new knowledge and new ways of thinking.

We all, at Inclusion Thurrock, wish you the very best with your "new and changed life!"
