"Damage to my mouth and teeth"

About: Leicester Royal Infirmary / General surgery

(as the patient),

I require teeth reconstruction after having a general anaesthetic. Complaint to PIL whose don't seem to understand my plain English letter. On discussion over the phone I honestly thought they had got the wrong person and letter content and they got upset as I tried to clarify the said letter content-ongoing and now seeking legal advice as I have no confidence in PIL who seem to me only seeking to whitewash my complaint.
