The new parking rules are chaotic. There are no signs on the disability areas and you only find out about them when you enter the building. it is then necessary to find a parking office obtain a token and find a machine to get a ticket. It is difficult to think of a more complicated system for disabled people

Many people are there for mobility problems [X-rays etc.] . In addition there are 3 warfarin clinics and most of the people are both old, disabled and have heart problems. They are expected to wander around the hospital trying to find parking offices and ticket machines .Surely the £1 charge is insignificant when measured against the salaries of those who think up these schemes!
