"Appointments cancelled again and again and..."

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

Four and a half years of endless cancelled appointments from orthodontics and maxillofacial. Messages left the night before cancelling following day appointments after 5pm ensuring nobody is available to take a call back and no names given or direct contact numbers. Absolutely useless. Four and a half years to sort out my daughters teeth. Four and a half years.
