"Poor community care"

My partner suffers very severe anxiety and depression along with daily panic attacks, fear of taking pills, health anxiety and agoraphobia, he was referred to cavendish house by the crht team Because he needs to see a psychiatrist and they sent his referral to health in mind who he is already involved with and are doing nothing to help him, he's mental health is becoming increasingly worse and cavendish house can't be bothered to help, absolutely disgraceful.

, please could we invite the ‘Anonymous partner and patient’ for a meeting, to ensure we are all clear as to what has happened and whether their comment relates to HIM or ATS, whether there is an error/omission/delay or unchecked expectation etc

All SPFT services aim to always provide responsive, safe and effective care.

Furthermore, all CRHT (and other urgent care) referrals to Hastings and Rother ATS are clinically reviewed daily and actioned as urgent (within 5 working days) if clinically indicated.
