Daunting at first the thought of therapy and felt akward as practitioner was young felt bit embarassed, but by the end of the first session felt so comfortable and felt like a friend who cared and had my best intrest at heart.
Sometimes trying to speak to family can make it worse, I could not thank the practitioner enough, I was scared I was never going to feel like myself again but I was shown that this was just a blip and sometimes we have ups and downs, the practitoner helped me realise this and I am very grateful, I have overcome so much and couldn't recommend the service enough, amazing.
