"Reassuringly competent staff."

How can you rate the kindness and professionalism of the staff at Broadgreen heart and chest hospital. From the moment I have had contact with this hospital I have received nothing but kindness and compassion and speedy referral.I attended the Holly suite for a bronchoscopy.and the staff were so kind, they couldn't have reassured or looked after a scared grumpy man more than they did.I cannot thank them enough.
